Order Processing
All orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume. Orders are only shipped once processing is complete.

Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Lucario Racing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer once the package has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Any additional shipping fees required to reship an order due to address errors will be the responsibility of the customer.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Lost or Missing Packages
If a package appears lost in transit, the customer must contact the shipping carrier directly. Assistance may be provided where possible, but resolution depends on carrier investigation outcomes.
