Final Sale Policy
All sales are final. Once an order has been placed and confirmed, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all products are correct and compatible before completing a purchase. This includes verifying fitment with the intended bike, vehicle, or application. We are not responsible for incorrect orders, incompatibility issues, or changes of mind after an order has been processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Refunds or returns will only be considered in limited cases where a product arrives damaged or if the wrong item was shipped due to an error on our part. Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photo or video evidence.
Resolution Options
In approved cases, Lucario Racing may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement or store credit. Cash refunds are not guaranteed under any circumstances.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees and any associated costs are non-refundable. By purchasing from our store, you agree to these terms in full.
